Located just 47 miles east of Eugene, Oregon on 46 beautiful acres in the McKenzie River Valley, the USBA is a dream fulfilled. From its inception in 1997 when Bruce O'Neil and his close friend, the late Wilt Chamberlin, sat on a tree stump with a vision; to today as an internationally recognized top end basketball training ground, the mission continues to unfold.

Founder / Principal
Former head coach for the University of Hawaii, Bruce has built a career of facilitating and training basketball players of all levels. The USBA is his crowning achievement along with developing the untapped Chinese basketball market.
As a player, Jay is an NBA veteran of 11 years. Following his playing career he has been a successful coach. Jay now heads up the USBA coaching and training duties.
